Stanford University and Stanford Australia are
pleased to announce the recipients of four sponsorships to undertake Stanford University’s Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE), two-day Virtual Design and Construction Summer Program
and the five-day Virtual Design and Construction Certificate paper, to be held in September 2008 at Stanford University, California ― http://www.stanford.edu/group/CIFE/SP08/index.htm

Guillermo Aranda-Mena, Senior Lecturer – School of Property, Construction and Project Management
Agustin Chevez, Construction Innovation PhD Scholar.
With a combination of theoretical argument and descriptions of case examples, the courses cover VDC model, the business opportunities and management issues in each phase and the managerial and technical development processes.
The sponsorship will assist the successful candidates visit a number of leading technology and construction companies in California including PB and Arup.
